| On June 18, we started spraying beans with Prefix, and my brother accidentally loaded some with 2.3 quarts instead of 2.3 pints per acre. Torched the beans pretty hard, but they came out of it and look fine now. Apparently, doubling the label rate of fomesafen is not enough to prevent little bitty waterhemp from shooting new leaves from a burnt off stump more than two weeks later. I expect to miss some bigger stuff with this type of chemistry, but this is just getting ridiculous. I guess it's time for Liberty and dicamba until they quit working too?
