Morris, IL | 24 is a garden spot this year, i was down their Monday and they look great, guy said they had 8" of rain in June where we had 17", don't have to drive very far north from 24 and things don't look so good. By Ponitic things start looking like crap. I've said this before, but if anyone wants to feel good about their crop drive around the north west side of Minooka, IL, it makes that field look great. Lots of fields in that area that just never got planted, more that got mudded in and have poor stands, been 5 weeks since those fields were even remotely fit. I counted 1 day our field in area was fit to plant all spring, one day from Jan 1 to July 4th , kind of wish now we hadn't planted now as it's garbage.
