The job is not that bad, remove the radiator, the core needs cleaning anyway, remove the plate under it you can remove the coupler and the lines. It makes it easier to clean it before you remove lines and other items. I&T manuals are your friend, Actually are easier to understand than the jd manual, i have both. I overhauled the original pump once, and got a used pump the second time. Also put in the high capacity charge pump in the rear end, that made a big difference for an aging tractor.
