Thompsontown, Pennsylvania | Fair amount of 1st cutting grass still standing around here. We have gotten 2nd cut haylage done, got wheat cut, straw baled. Got dark before we got done picking up straw bales, was going to leave them go til today. Checked weather and decided to pick them up by myself. Got done around 1 am. Still have 10 acres of swampy ground to plant silage corn in. Every time it is 2 days away from being fit, we get 2" like we did today....still have 1st cut to make for dry cows and just checked the weather and it SUCKS... |
