I thought of your dad this past Thursday. 

I was talking with an agronomist about a particular nitrogen problem.  Some of our soys aren't nodulated well.  So we want to put some N. on them.  We're not sure how best to put the N. on without hurting the beans.  We're concerned about leaf-burn and/or driving on the beans.

I mentioned to the agronomist about posting our question on NewAgTalk.com.  And then I shared with Gary about your dad.  About your dad's love of farming and his love of sharing his knowledge with us on NewAgTalk.  Sure wish your dad could have had an opportunity to respond to my question.  I know his response would have been useful information. 

Like me.... I'm sure many on NewAgTalk will be thinking and reflecting on our appreciation of your dad.  He is missed, and will be for a very long time.
