I'm gonna say it really depends on how clean your organic fields are. If there's lots of green chaff material(green leaves or green weed seeds) in the combine hopper no way I'd put anything in a tank like that with no aeration. The green material will slide differently than dry grain and accumulate in piles. If your fields and grain sample is clean you would pry be fine without air...if you can ever get the grain dry which this year for example would be impossible.

Why not just build a small aeration bin? More work to clean out yes but with the premium organic grain brings do you really want to worry about hot moldy spots? Kick the fan on for a week or so and sleep well at night.
