Subject: Are these oats too far mature for hay?

Humeston, IA
With the rains we've been having it has been difficult to cut hay. Was planning on cutting these oats for hay, but I'm wondering if I should let them go for grain. Grain is ~1/3 soft dough, ~ 1/3 hard dough, and ~ 1/3 solid.

Cut now or take for grain and straw? About 28 acres, need to hire either baling or harvesting, too. Have logistics to deal with on grain, too (no empty bins).

Thanks!
