As long as you're not trying to do autosteer on it, that should be doable. Typically, the Envizio Pro would like to have GGA and VTG strings coming in at 10 Hz, and the ZDA at once every 3-5 seconds. The iTC is only able to output NMEA messages at 5 Hz, which should be fine for just mapping.
