Our climates are just too different for me to guess. I got about 100 pairs-days/acre. I remember doing the math, and actually thought it was 120. But forgot the numbers. You may see that kind of total production, but where I get it from Dec 1 to May 1, you might only have April 1 to June 15 to take advantage of it.

If you could figure out the carrying of wheat pasture in that locale, and add 30 days for ryegrass, probably be in ballpark.

Edit. Revisiting your specific question. You would have an opportunity to use it as a protein/energy bank early, graze 2 hours per day then feed gutfiller hay. Then at peak growth load your 2 head per acre for 45 days and probably not keep up with it. My thoughts anyway.
