but we did buy this farm because farms like this don't come up very often in this area.
Many farms being bought I'd assume are under these same circumstances to the buyer as well as the runner up bidder sometimes.
The second farm I bought was a great fit for my operation... Perhaps bought at the near term high, but many circumstances involved made it appealing to me and worth the risk/cost/liability...
Didn't mean to pick on you as u were replying to someone else with a bone to pick it seemed... Just saw that part time f your response and it seemed to stick out to many purchases by some recently "here". |
