Mohawk Indiana | Last fall 60 some acres sold near me. Good ground, some development potential. Everyone knew it would bring 10k plus so nobody bothered to get financing setup. Brought in the low seven thousands. Buyer is well off, I'm pretty sure he paid cash. Lots of auction attendees said if they would have thought that was going to be the price they would have prepared a little more.
