Subject: The big question: Will Iowa outyield 2014?

SD/ND/FL
If so, it looks pretty hard to have a national yield much below 160 with today's conditions.

Here are some yield scenarios (2015 vs 2014).

Lower

Illinois - 160 vs 200
Indiana - 160 vs 188
Ohio - 150 vs 176
Missouri - 130 vs 186
Nebraska - 170 vs 179

Higher

Minnesota - 180 vs 156

Same

Every other state (simplistic and wrong I know)

Final yield 161.6

Very hard to get below 160 with average to above yields in IA and MN.

If N IA pulls a huge crop and IL and IN are quite as bad as advertised, it will be hard to sustain a rally. Food for thought I guess

(Edit - if IL, IN, and OH are worse than my yields we should see this rally continue. Too bad my crystal ball is cracked!)
