I have a CIH 3230 sprayer with a Pro700 using WAAS. The autosteer "wags" back and forth 2 ft side to side in about 100 ft of run. I have adjusted the aggressiveness but this doesn't seem to do anything. Any suggestions of what to do?

Has it has a full set of guidance calibrations performed? This would include Dead Zone and Roll Cal, and then adjusting the P-Gain value if necessary. From your symptom, either dead zone or P-Gain is likely your issue. If P-Gain isn't correct, you won't be able to see any improvements when you adjust Aggressiveness.
