Southeast WI | Our girls are 14 and 15 now and have been working for the past 3 years for pay. They get the same rate as the other kids, moved up on the pay scale as well if they perform well. They punch the time clock like everyone else. Being a crop/vegetable farm we have work in bunches so when its time to work they know it and have to be here. Do not have every day chores other than their own fair critters (goats). We told them when they are working they are just another employee and no mouthing back. Younger one has to be reminded of that once in awhile! | |
