I don't know why but caffeine really affects me now. 10 years ago I could drink coffee at 10pm and fall asleep right after finishing it. Now any little amount will keep me awake. I had 2 iced teas today, one at noon with lunch and one about 3pm. Now its almost 1am and im still wide awake.
does caffiene keep you awake?
