On the Going to the Sun Road at the top (Logan's Pass?) is a rest area with a gift shop. Out behind the gift shop is an easy trail to hike. It's probably less than a mile with only a 500 foot climb to Hidden Lake, but the changes in scenery are spectacular along the way. You'll likely see and get close to some mountain goats, bighorn sheep, and other critters. The highway (Highway 2?) that runs around the south side of the park is a nice drive as well. Goat Lick was an interesting stop. If going through Hungry Horse to the north, the Hungry Horse dam was worth a look. We stayed at a ski lodge on the other side of Whitefish. Whitefish is a tourist town with lots of shops and places to eat. You could easily spend a week in the area. Lots to see and do.
