I did learn something about myself with a fitbit. Like how my daily routine is less rigorous than I thought and I tend to eat too many calories. It did get me to quit beer coke and inbetween meal snacks. It is Yoplait in the morning and one light and one heavy meal . Those pounds are still very stubborn to get rid of.
