Be careful with teaching him to go outside whenever he needs to. When my oldest son was potty training, we were getting out of the car at wal mart and he decided he needed to go right then and there. He also did it in the yard several times at daycare.
Agreed. I taught my boys to pee in the "tall grass" when outside. At least that way they were going off to the side and not on the lawn near the house. Unfortunately they took that as clearance to pee wherever there was tall grass. After one dropped his shorts somewhere in public and let it fly, I had some explaining to do to my wife. 'Daddy said it was OK!" |
