Subject: Verizon help

Talked again to Verizon tech and will see now if we found the leak. The tech who installed the system used my wireless router to connect to the Verizon router. We are thinking that their is some sort of circulation of data going on. Disconnected my router and reinstalled my wireless printer through the Verizon router and hope that fixes it. They upgraded my plan to 30 GB and credited the extra against my bill.

I thought of your suggestion also but last night I purposely made sure all my computers were off and still had a 1.2 GB data usage at 1:47 am.
