| As Rocky Weirtz, owner of the Black Hawks, said today. there was rain in Chicago Monday night but no lightning. I've been a fan of the " Indian" since the late '50s and have to give Mr Weirtz a lot of credit for spending the money his dad refused to spend to put together a great team plus make the home games available on TV for the fans that can't get to the games to see. I was lucky enough to get to a game this year. First game I had been to since the mid '60s when they were playing for the Stanley Cup in the old "Stadium". I can still remember the sound of the pipe organ there, nothing like it. Just wish Wayne Messmer (sp?) was still singing thew National Anthem.
