3-2-1 is about as simple a way as we have found. Don't know what kind of grill/smoker you have, we use and sell Traeger but you can use this technique on most grills and it is fail-safe, 3 hours on smoke or a very low heat, don't have to be wrapped. Then lightly mist with apple juice or cola and wrap in foil tightly and cook on a medium heat (225-300F) for two hours. Unwrap and coat with sauce and cook on a little higher heat until sauce sets up good. The bones will slide right out of the meat if you're not careful!!

Forgot to mention, rub the night before with a rub of some kind, doesn't have to be anything special.
