If you are looking for a different, but good tasting one try this.

Marinate at least 24 hours with: equal parts soy and worchestershire sauce, rub generously with canadian steak seasoning.

Smoke LOW 200-225 for 12-16 hours

It will end up tasting like a smokey, awesome steak instead of bbq.

I do this with whole cap on as well as point or flats, which is why the cook time is so big of a differance.

I marinate them in 2gallon zipper bags, they are the only ones that will hold a whole brisket.
