you will get more tonnage out of baling it vs just grazing it as your utilization levels will be better with baling, don't have the trample, and dung and what not. It will regrow slower this summer as its a cool season grass but should have good quality come aug because it will be more vegetative. If it is baled after seed head is set grass will have to regrow from root reserves not vegetativly. Which if grazed to short again in the fall can hurt stand/production the following year.
