Same here. I have a 100acre pasture with a creek winding right through the middle of it. If I have to fence off the creek, it's worthless, and I'm done.

I don't think this rule is saying you can't graze it, it's just a Federal power grab for control of regulation from the States. Down the road it could be an issue.

Speaking of States, in MN we have a new law going through right now that's taking 50ft on each side of every stream to raise government pheasants. I thought at first that it included pasture too, but on the state's website it says it does not ban grazing, haying, or driving equipment on it, it just has to be permanent perennial ground cover (basically).
