Subject: RE: Hemp Dogbane in RR soybeans

Western illinois
It was all over here in the late 80s-early 90s. People were buying wick applicators and using roundup to kill it. Sometimes it had to be hit from both directions to get enough chemical on it to kill it. It seemed like nothing else would touch dogbane. RR crops pretty much eradicated it. I'm seeing a resurgence of it as well. It's showing up in roadsides mostly. I don't know if roundup will work on it anymore. I don't know if any of the new chemistries will kill it either.
