Subject: Building a House Question

NC Iowa

I have plans to build a non-conventional house with a pole barn frame and steel as siding. When completed it will look like a normal two story house. Would you finance construction through Farm Credit or go through a bank? Looking for info and positives/negatives for both. Thanks
