Presently I'd buy bigger cattle say 750-900 they don't bring much more then 550s and u can't put that weight on for nothing.Id I'd consider buying some short term fall calves, calve em weigh the cows and keep the calves. I'm considering doing that with 70-100 HD. Too many of these feeders just don't pencil presently.
