Had and my oldest grandchild helping me finish our last day of soybean planting. Eli even brought a lunch box, just like grandpa.  :)

Eli hung in there real well too. It's not easy for a four-year-old to be sufficiently content in a tractor for four hours. But Eli had no problem. In fact, Eli said he didn't want to go home until we had the last field done. Quite the attitude for a four-year-old. Already making his grandpa proud.

Who has a better job than a farmer?  How many people have jobs that allow them to have their children and grandchildren help them with the work?  It's a pretty special life we have, isn't it.  Hope all of you can appreciate the blessing of being a farmer.  "Amen to that.... right?"
