southern MN | Shut down the programs. On my 7ios, you double click the round button, and a list of open programs shows up. Swipe them upward to 'close' them. Its slightly different on ios8, I forget now.....
Then shut down the iPad. Hold the small button on the edge for a time, until a slider appears asking of you want to close it, or shut it off. Swipe it. A clock will spin for a bit, as the iPad actually shuts down.
Wait a minute, then hold down the small button on the side again. It will eventually fire up and show a slider to turn on.
You should be back in business. Happens to me fairly often, just a think with iPad, easy to clear up tho.
