North Carolina | Just setting here looking out back door and venting about something I don't have control of. We haven't had enough rain to wet your shirt in over 30 days , In the 80s and some low 90s . Can't finish cotton ,and getting very late , Not a bean in the ground and corn starting to look bad and about boot top high . Who else besides southern piedmont of NC seeing these dry conditions . I Not new to this business so I have seen it befor , but it doesn't make it any easier . I guess we will take What the Good Lord gives us and go on. Doug | |
