I got my appraisal notices today too. Had one tract that had market value varied from 72,000 to 88,000 with slight ups and downs the past 7 years, jumped to $128,000 in one year. You'd think we have struck oil or been making big crops the past couple years. If anything land prices are falling not rising. I think they sit around throwing darts at prices on the wall.
