When I make it at home, I just buy a fish batter at the store and add beer to it instead of water. Easy & fairly cheap to do. Be sure the oil is not too hot or else it will stick and be a hot mess! I recommend approximately 325 degrees when you set your oil temperature. Also make sure your fish is completely dried off with a towel. Enjoy!
