Northern Indiana | I would not get a new system with less than 8gb of memory, or at a minimum, the ability to easily upgrade from 4 to 8gb.
The best thing you can do for performance these days is a solid state hard drive (ssd), but those get big $$ for upgrading from the mfg. I'd still recommend one, maybe around 256gb to stay affordable. Buy an external 2-3tb usb 3 hard drive for $125 and leave it in the fire safe when not in use | |
