find a good young carpenter and see if he lies to refinish old barn would ,I gave mine to a young man and now a lot of it is in a restaurant that has been redone and it looks great and it makes me happier and a couple of the beams hold up a loft in a nabors shop. and he cleaned up old foundation , all I kept was the hay rail and carrier to put in my shop some day..
