| Windows update has stalled on my windows 7 laptop on one of the .net framework updates and I cannot get it to shut off. I tried to use stop the update button but that didn't work and the task manger didn't work. So I tried to shut it down and now all I get is the spinning circle and message saying Please do not power off or unplug your machine Installing update 10 of 18. I'm afraid to do a hard shut down because I think it might screw up files or my master boot record. Any suggestions? | |
