Usually, when this happens the boat gets loaded too far to one side and for no reason at all the market changes. The odds are high that we have a weather issue some time this summer and with all the shorts, the market will be higher at some point than it is now. A market never continues in the same direction forever. Just be patient, there will be opportunities coming up. Just remember everybody was "sure" when corn was at 8 its going to 10. Its no different now on the down side. We already have a major weather issue, at least in this area. What corn is planted is going backwards in a hurry with all the wet, cold and cloudy days. I would guess it is damping off. Plants are slowly disappearing. It has been almost three weeks since we turned a wheel here. |
