The more price drops the more bushels are protected, basis off of guarantee smarts a little, but guarantee on most sections is above COP. Plus looks like a farm payment. Heard the state of South Dakota had 15,000 something ARC-CO and 5,000 something PLC. Insurance and program payments make it hard to get on the doom and gloom wagon to slit my wrists.
