Smart guy?  Well maybe, he has certainly aggregated  a degree of fame and fortune.  But the description that jumps to my mind is "chicken little" (charitable) or "scam artist" (not so charitable.)  But if anyone on here has profited 1,000% from his "no risk" IMPACT "proprietary system," speak up.  I would be willing to reconsider.
