Subject: Locking in futures

I am fortunately in an area with numerous grain buyers which means there is generally money to be made by shopping around for the best basis. In the past we have only locked in futures via HTA contracts which ties you down to deliver to one certain elevator. What are the options available to lock in the board but leave your delivery options open. Only thing I know is to open a trading account and hedge it yourself, are there any other options out there??
