If what you are wanting is motivation to sell, why not do average sales throughout the year. Forget advisors and tell yourself on Tuesdays of each week/month I going to sell X amount. What ever schedule you set, stick to it
If you do average sales, don't focus on bad sales as an excuse to put off your next scheduled sale. For me it helps to think this way.
Prices go down with inventory left to sell---- I'm glad I sold some.
Prices go up with inventory left to sell ---- I'm glad I still have some to sell
Prices go up with no inventory left ---- Great I might have good fall prices
Always positive, when you become negative that last 5 cents you are holding for becomes a 50 cent rout.
