Scranton | Its fun and there can be some profit in it, esp in the bar side, but also if you can sell low-input food....like pizza. If you try to buy decent steak and sell it, the margin is much thinner.
No matter what, you have to be there....You, wife, kid....someone you trust....or you will lose money. I always told my partner, every $20 stolen each week equals $1000 each year. Of course he took that to heart LOL | |
