I'm looking for help developing a diet for myself with the main stipulation of food that is easy to prep/cook as I'm a busy 25 year old male working a TON of (night shift) hours in the oilfield who is not happy with my weight.

I've always been husky my whole life fast forward to today and I'm 5'10" 240lbs and not happy about it. I'd like to loose 30-40lbs if possible and maintain it. So I'm looking for a food lifestyle change. Like said above I need help figuring out a who and what to eat that will help me loose some weight and keep it off. The simpler the diet the more I'll like it!

Any thoughts or suggestions?

Supper should be your smallest meal. Eat frequently and avoid eating meat and dairy at every meal every day. Fiber is very important . You can eat as many vegetables as you want and they are generally more filling than dairy and meat.
