perryton, tx | What worked for me was doing a few simple things. I cut back on the snacking, opted for healthier (less calorie) choices, and reduced my portion sizes a little but what I feel made the biggest difference was changing the timing of when I eat. I started trying to eat only within like a 10-12 hour window during the day, avoiding as much as possible any food after 7 P.M. or so. My goal was to lose 10 lb but I ended up losing 20 and weigh about what I did in high school. | |
