The questions I would ask were from the failure of the plants at Atkinson NE and Mead NE.

Are they located on the rail line to be able to bring in corn if needed that way and be able to rail out Ethanol? Atkinson is not today.
Do they have a local market for the wet distillers grains? Saves a bunch vs drying them.
Who is the builder and what has the builder's history? Atkinson
Are they attempting any new technology that is commercially operated somewhere else? Mead
What is their overall debt/equity structure of the company going to be in % basis. The more debt the harder it will be to overcome any hiccups.
What is the operating plant experience of anyone on the board of directors.

Otherwise sourcing corn a hair bit cheaper should be good and they are a bit closer to the west coast markets so those are positives.
