I've been listening to posters on this site say that Brazilian farmers would not plant the safrinha corn crop due to low price

and the crop increases each year

an 85% crop insurance policy kicks in for US farmers at $3.52 Dec futures if 2015 yield == crop insurance APH

and it looks like many Iowa counties in line for $60+/base acre payments from 2014 corn crop given current price structure...
