| I believe NAT is the best place for medical advice and will be sure to ask if I ever need help with DIY heart surgery. That said, my knees sometime are just stiff and hurt. Exercise is helping but sometimes that just makes things a little worse for a while. I don't have time to get back to lifting (squats really really helped) so I'm looking for a magic pill (sort of). I have some chondroitin laying around that I've taken in the past but I don't think I gave it a good test. Do you guys have improvement taking it? thanks | |
