You guys don't get their target market.
Fast food marketed to housewives and metro dudes that think organic or non gmo is trendy and healthier even though it's fast food. More elite than a Taco Bell as well.

I've been in a couple of them a few years back. Pretty much entirely upper middle class people and metrosexual guys.
