Most problems with wood decks arise from substandard treated lumber, there are different grades of it. Buy premium decking from a real lumberyard, not Lowe's, HD, or any of the "homestores". They're just the Walmart of hardware, cheap crap. That said, "Yes dear" might just get you some perks down the road. |
