Calf read's injured.  Spinal cord injury from being stepped on or dropped on it's head at birth, would do it.  I got a free 5 hr energy drink sample from Valley Vet in a small bottle, put it up to use on a weak calf that needs a boost sometime.(not really for what you have)  Figure it will send it threw the roof.  Sorta like the coffee trick.  1 cc banamine might let the calf relax and buy some time.  It is a feel good drug. Funny it holds head up.  Have seen live curly calf, that has problems in various conditions.  Your calf does not sound very promising.  Would like to see some movement in legs.  Response to pain?  One see's everything over long period of time and lots of calves. All you can do is give it a try, as time permits. Good Luck.
