NEMO | kind of hard to give advice on here without sounding like a know it all !! Sometimes the dumb questions are the ones others are afraid to ask. I had the good fortune of having someone close to mentor me when I had questions and they didn't treat me like an idiot. Now after 35+ years and all the mistakes imaginable done twice I can occasionally give out good advice. Keep asking questions=, others are learning from you.
